The Friend of the Court provides services to families in domestic relations cases in the Family Division of the Circuit Court.  These cases include divorce, custody, paternity, family support, and intergovernmental support actions involving minor children.

We assist parties by providing recommendations to the Circuit Court on the issues of custody, parenting time, and child support.  We enforce court orders involving these provisions and provide services to help parties resolve disputes in these areas.
